Fingal Head Retrograde Planet
Much like the Panorama taken at the Giants Causeway, in Fingal Head, this image was created to show off Mars’ journey across the sky as it appeared to go retrograde in its orbit.
The Panoramic Planet is a different way of showing the beautiful loop in the sky that Mars created, especially as this style of imaging tends to stretch and emphasize details further from the centre. The arching Milky Way was captured early in the morning in the winter sky.
